What we collect
Your business details (name, category, address, phone, email), the content you publish, and the orders and customer records you create inside ControlOcean.
Why we collect it
To run your website and store, deliver WhatsApp notifications, show your dashboard, and bill your subscription. We do not sell data to anyone.
Your customers' data
Customer names, phone numbers and addresses belong to you. We process them only to fulfil the orders placed on your site and to send the notifications you enable.
WhatsApp messaging
Messages are sent through WhatsApp Business APIs. Message content is limited to the templates you configure in WhatsApp Settings.
Retention and deletion
You can export your customers at any time. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax compliance.
